Alleged TES6 screenshot and "Sentinel" leak surfaces online

On June 9, 2026, images and text originating from an alleged 4chan post began circulating within the Elder Scrolls community. The post claimed that The Elder Scrolls VI would be titled "Sentinel" and take place across both Hammerfell and High Rock. According to the alleged leak, players would restore the Empire by defeating the Thalmor during a storyline involving the Battle of Adamantine Tower. The post also claimed the game would feature large-scale naval battles, castle and stronghold building mechanics, and a return to Morrowind-style spell creation and magic systems. A screenshot purportedly showing an in-game character accompanied the claims, though no evidence was provided to verify its authenticity. Bethesda and Xbox have not commented on the claims, and the information remains entirely unverified.
